DLC is a node of the GDL Network of the World Bank Institute. It provides executives of both public and private sector the opportunity for regular interaction with peers and experts across globe on different themes. It is the centre of choice for business meetings, promotions, negotiations and also gives remote worldwide and also local access (currently with Kandy and Hambantota). It is the preferred place for computer training and software promotions.
